That depends on your needs and the systems you already use. Where possible, I use self-hosted solutions on servers in the EU.

Yes. Systems are handed over so that basic adjustments are possible without technical background. For more complex changes, I'm available as a point of contact.

An automated workflow starts at €900. After a short initial consultation, you receive a fixed price.

You use Zapier or Make and your monthly costs grow with every workflow? Or you want customer data to stay in the EU? I rebuild your existing workflows in n8n – on a server in the EU and in your own account, so you stay the owner of your data. This includes an inventory of all active workflows, a rebuild with testing on real data, and parallel operation until everything runs reliably. Only then is the old service paused. Every workflow is documented. Fixed price after the inventory, from €900.

Every enquiry is sorted automatically and receives a draft reply in your style. You review, adjust and send. The AI suggests – you decide. No enquiry is left unanswered, you get draft replies instead of automatic replies, and for practices: no health data in automated messages. As an extension of a workflow, from €690.

A chatbot that answers common questions around the clock – about services, prices, opening hours or registration – and guides visitors straight to booking or contact. It only answers based on your own content, not from the internet, and hands over to booking or to you personally. It is clearly labelled as an AI assistant (required under the EU AI Act since August 2026) and hosted in the EU. For practices: general questions only, no health data. Setup from €790, operation and maintenance from €59 / month.

No. Your workflows keep running in the background as before, just on a server in the EU.

The enquiry assistant does not: it creates drafts and only what you approve is sent. The website chatbot replies directly, but only based on your content and clearly labelled as AI.
